Resilience in Hard Times

Right now, the world is fraught with with great grief, fear, loneliness, helplessness, and discouragement.

Many people were still dealing with the pandemic when political upheaval took center stage. Violence and injustices of all kinds made headlines. And currently, all eyes are on the heartbreaking war in Ukraine.

It’s hard to know how to handle all of the heavy emotions that arise. How can we help one another? How can we help ourselves? How can we feel resilient in the face of so much?

Join us at this week’s Mango Publishing Author Panel to participate in a conversation about resilience and what practices and tools we can use to support ourselves, the people we love, and our greater communities.

Our guest authors, Sue Patton Thoele (Women’s Book of Strength,” + “Women’s Book of Courage”) and Polly Campbell (“You Recharged”) will share their own stories of resilience during challenging times.

Everyone who attends is invited to join the conversation. The panel is facilitated by Sherry Richert Belul (“Say it Now.”)

Mango Author Panels are a great way to get a behind-the-scenes look at the publishing world and what goes on in authors' heads. They are always interactive, often intriguing, and especially warm and inspiring.

This event is free. However, registration is required. To register, email brianna@mangopublishinggroup.com and the Zoom link will be sent to you.

If you would like to join our panels live, they take place Wednesday afternoons at 1:30pm PT until 2:30pm PT. Email brianna@mangopublishinggroup.com to receive the Zoom links automatically every week. (No obligation to attend, but you will have the link handy if you want to drop in!)
