Your Life Is Your Prayer / Loss and Remembrance

In the fall, when my limbs are stripped bare By a cold unwanted wind, Every memory of cycles is gone from me. Bare now is bare forever.

I remember fruit and leaves. And sun and breezes. I can almost smile. Almost.

Bare now is bare forever.

Divine, when all is lost, grant me grace to remember Spring
