Happy Monday! Sometimes I forget things. I was creating this week's newsletter and realized that I skipped the newsletter 2 weeks ago! I immediately began to berate myself internally. After a few seconds I stopped the internal dialogue and began to laugh! Hello? We all forget things, and as we get older it happens more and more. Let's just know it is part of being a busy, busy human who is multitasking. Love yourself through it.
