Welp, here we are.

The coronavirus has finally been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), and the global reaction to the virus continues to cause major disruptions in the stock market and travel industry. Last night, the Trump Administration effectively banned EU citizens from entering the United States for the next 30 days (Chinese and Iranian citizens were already banned), and at least two cruise lines have temporarily suspended their operations.

Yikes.

So, where does that leave you and your travel plans? Should you cancel your trip, and if you do, can you get your money back?
