Being on Jennifer’s podcast and in her space was such a joy. She is truly the “space of a hug” and I am honored that she has taken on the 21-day hugging journey with the daily self-hug of yoga and excited to see where she takes it!

She always ends her podcast with “Peace, Truth, Love” and has some really cool swag with the same name. At the end of the episode I was on she said “Peace, Truth, Love and Hugs!”, which of course I loved. I can see how she would be an amazing relationship coach because she has that perfect balance of tough love, soft touch, and wisdom.  Her energy is amazing and I can’t thank her enough for helping me to spread the power of Hugs!  

I am super excited to return to her show at her invite when she has completed her journey and as we get closer and closer to the release date of the book September 15th! One of the things I think it is so important to remember about the 21-day hugging journey is that it’s not something to do once and say “okay I did it” instead it’s a tool to learn and grow from that is profound and each journey is special and distinct. I encourage people to jump into one and start creating and not worry about getting it right.  The desire to GET IT RIGHT stops us so often and I want us each to be in hugging action and stepping into the Hugging Zone.

I have been on two 21-day hugging journeys at the same time at one point with different groups!  So, check it out and see what you might create because together we can create inner and world peace – it starts with ONE HUG AT A TIME.
