Superior Self / Christmas in July

Dear Family, Friends, and Tribe,

There's a store I used to go to at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco with my children when they were little called Christmas in July. They were busy all year round because folks love the sights, sounds, smells, and memories of Christmas. Christmas in July allows us to feel celebratory and giving at a time when we aren't normally in the mood. It can be a time of giving and receiving at any moment of our lives. Realizing our own special and unique talents and the ways of sharing those wonderful gifts from God need not to be suppressed and held back, limited to the holiday season!

My own journey to fully blooming into my most superior self, healthy and wiser, and then helping others in their pathways to wellness has been chronicled in my new book, Happy, Healthy You.

Happy Healthy You is coming out this August 1, 2017. We need to change the way in which we think of health and self care. We need to prevent ourselves from getting cancers and chronic conditions as much as possible. It starts with food, mindfulness, stress relievers on a daily basis, and laughing often. We need to go outside and play. We need to connect.
