Good Morning



If you're feeling disconnected, I am sorry. It doesn't mean you're alone or unloved-- not that knowing that necessarily helps with the pain.

Disconnect often comes from not feeling able to voice a pain/struggle we're experiencing to the people we care about. And that can be for many reasons-- maybe we feel guilty about the way we feel, or maybe in this circumstance we don't want to look weak. Maybe your loved ones count too much on you being the "strong" one, and you feel unable to show vulnerability at all.

In any case, not acknowledging or voicing pain really can make you feel disconnected and depressed. So please, if you can, reach out to someone, whether it's a friend you haven't talked to in a while, or a chat service. Let that shit out before it spirals, if you can.
