About the program leader:
Kristin "Baker Bettie" Hoffman is a trained chef, baking educator, cookbook author, and creator of the popular baking blog BakerBettie.com. Kristin also owns an online baking school, The Better Baking School, where she teaches virtual classes on a variety of topics. She also teaches beginner bread and sourdough workshops in the Chicago area and is very active on social media.
