Evie Granville

Evie Granville, M.Ed., and Sarah Davis, Ed.D., are etiquette experts whose advice reaches nearly 600,000 parents and caregivers each month and has been featured by Parents, MSN, The Washington Post, Associated Press, Reader’s Digest, and other major media outlets. They are also the creators of the Solar System Parenting Framework and Quiz, which help parents and caregivers learn how to prioritize their own needs, their child’s, and everyone else’s in social situations. The framework provides parents with tools to develop their confidence, character, and connections.

Educators and mothers to six young kids between them, Evie and Sarah have a combined expertise in early child development, education, communication, and etiquette. Sarah holds a doctorate in education from Texas A&M University, a master's in education from the University of San Diego, and a bachelor's from Skidmore College. Evie holds a master's in education from George Mason University as well as a bachelor's from Columbia University. She also has professional experience in high-stakes communications environments. Together, they have a combined thirteen years of teaching experience, with Sarah in preschool, kindergarten, first grade, and middle-school classrooms, and Evie in high-school social studies classes. Their advice stems from their professional experience, their research, as well as their “hands-on training” as mothers.

Sarah and Evie have been writing about motherhood on their website, EvieandSarah.com, for eight years, and their brand—Evie and Sarah—includes a popular website, a thriving 5-star Apple Podcasts-rated show (Modern Manners for Moms & Dads), a newsletter, and a broad and engaged social media following.
