David Dao

Dr. David Dao immigrated to the U.S. in 1975 as a refugee from the Vietnam war. He and his wife, Teresa, are both physicians and have five grown children—four doctors and one attorney.

Born in Vietnam, he now lives in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
